Sorry, curiosity got the best of me. xD It was supposed to be a real rough sketch, which explains the lack of faces and proper hands. xDD Yar, I suck at character designs. Someone point me to someone else's GB!Railgun and I'll give you... a cookie... or something.

I've no idea how middle school kids look anymore. orz
